Modern Technologies: BIM

Ordinary plan drawings are a thing of the past. The BIM (Building Information Modeling) design methodology allows for the preparation of a building’s spatial model with all the necessary parameters of its components and processes – geometry, materials, areas and quantities of structural elements, weight, cost, etc. This design method allows not only more detailed solutions, but also designing objects that could not be possible using conventional (old) design methodologies. By using BIM, we avoid many mistakes on the construction site, making it much easier for project developers (engineers, constructors etc.) to collaborate. Often regular drawings are not needed, as a 3D model can be sent to
the construction site or furniture manufacturer.

We use BIM for a variety of purposes, from designing small spaces and individual interior elements to designing administrative buildings.
