The project programme involved designing an office in a heritage building in the city centre, based on the principles of sustainability and reuse. 3D scanning technology was used to understand and model the complex geometry of the historic building. The entire project, including parts of the MEP, was designed in a BIM environment, where elements such as electrical sockets were automatically calculated. The main idea was to create a modern space, a visionary club, where today’s innovators and creators would gather. It is an inspiring place where new ideas, legends and adventures are born. The interior revives the materials of the past and combines them with modern shapes and colours, inspired by Kaunas’ interwar period.
