The BIM (Building Information Modeling) design methodology allows for the preparation of a building\u2019s spatial model with all the necessary parameters of its components and processes &#8211; geometry, materials, areas and quantities of structural elements, weight, cost, etc. This design method allows not only more detailed solutions, but also designing objects that could not be possible using conventional (old) design methodologies. By using BIM, we avoid many mistakes on the construction site, making it much easier for project developers (engineers, constructors etc.) to collaborate.
